- 2. You are able to provide your license registration details (ID and KEY) if your license contains a registration process, and the transaction ID or email associated with the buyer informations.
- 3. The product is faulty or not working as advertised on our website.
- 4. The trial version of the product has been launched at least once on the same machine the license was registered.
